Full-Day Wedding Coordination & Management
We start working with you 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding day to ensure every detail is accounted for. As your day-of wedding coordinator, we help you finalize your timeline, confirm vendor logistics, and uncover any last-minute details you may have overlooked.
On your big day, we’re the point person for all logistics managing the wedding schedule, coordinating with vendors, and handling any unexpected issues that may arise. From setup to send-off, we ensure your day flows smoothly, so you can focus on celebrating.

Set Up and Tear Down

We’re not your average wedding planner. Our all-inclusive packages cover everything you need for weddings of up to 50 guests, plus the couple. Celebrate at a venue, private estate, or rental property anywhere in Northern California, including Sacramento, San Francisco, Sonoma, and Napa.
Our in-house team of seven experienced vendors handles nearly all services, so you can focus on enjoying your special day without stress.

From the moment you book with us until the last song plays, we’ve got you covered. We source and manage your vendors, build a customized timeline, and coordinate a seamless day-of schedule From venue scouting to vendor communication and full day-of execution, you’re in expert hands.
Cake & Cupcakes
We partner with top local bakers in Sacramento to create a 6-inch cutting cake and 4 dozen cupcakes for your special day. Choose from 5 cake flavors, 2 buttercreams, and smooth or ruched textures. Each cake is finished with complimentary florals that match your wedding arrangements. Simple, sweet, and stunning perfect for weddings in Northern California.
