    As your wedding coordinator, we work with weddings of all sizes throughout Northern California. From Sacramento weddings and Sonoma weddings to Bay Area and Napa weddings, we help bring all the moving pieces together so you can enjoy your day.

    Already planned your wedding? Our Day-of Wedding Coordination service is for you. You do the planning, and we step in to manage the timeline, vendors, setup, and logistics on the wedding day.

  • Full-Day Wedding Coordination

    We begin 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding to finalize your timeline, confirm vendors, and handle the final details. As your day-of wedding coordinator, we manage your wedding timeline, vendors, logistics, setup, and all the little details that keep your wedding day running smoothly.

Celebrate at a venue, private estate, or Airbnb property anywhere from a Sacramento micro wedding or Eureka micro wedding to a Lake Tahoe micro wedding, with plenty of destinations in between.

    Our in-house team of seven experienced vendors handles nearly all services, so you can focus on enjoying your special day without stress.

    From the moment you book with us until the last song plays, we’ve got you covered. We source and manage your vendors, build a customized timeline, and coordinate a seamless day-of schedule From venue scouting to vendor communication and full day-of execution, you’re in expert hands.

    Cake & Cupcakes

    We partner with top local bakers in Sacramento to create a 6-inch cutting cake and 4 dozen cupcakes for your special day. Choose from 5 cake flavors, 2 buttercreams, and smooth or ruched textures. Each cake is finished with complimentary florals that match your wedding arrangements. Simple, sweet, and stunning perfect for weddings in Northern California.


    Set Up & Tear Down 

    The most overlooked, but most important part. Our team will set up and break down your ceremony and reception. So no one in your party has to break a sweat, except for maybe some killer dance moves.

    We partner with local Northern California florists, including talented Sonoma-based florists, to bring your floral dreams to life. This package includes a stunning bouquet, boutonniere, ceremony arch piece, and all the little styling touches to make your wedding feel extra special.

    Design & Styling

    We’ll turn your mood board into a design that feels uniquely yours and handle all the styling on the day of. We even have beautiful preset styles ready to go. Be as involved as you’d like or let our team take the lead.

    Signage

    Details, details, details…they matter! Our custom signage will tie everything together: welcome table, dessert, and signature cocktails.

    Bar & Bartenders

    Bring your wedding to life with custom cocktails and mocktails from Tailored Sips Co Serving wedding all over NorCal they provide a stylish satellite bar, garnishes, ice, mixers, and napkins just bring the alcohol and enjoy the celebration!

    Furniture & Decor

    Everything you could possibly need, all in one place from chairs and tables, to the perfect arch, lounge set, plates, linens, and crisp napkins. We’ve got it all covered.
